The Hunter Apartments offers clean and spacious two and three bedroom town homes. With no one living above or below you, your apartment lives like a house. Each apartment has either a patio or a deck.

All of our units have air conditioning, multiple assigned parking spaces with a minimum of one covered parking space, dishwashers and disposals in the kitchen, and are cable and hi-speed internet ready. Satellite dishes are allowed with certain guidelines.

All of our 3-bedroom units have washer and dryer hook-ups and there are also laundry facilities on site.

Our application can be downloaded from this site. With the application there is a $20.00 non-refundable application fee.

Currently our 2-bedrooms rent for $610.00 and 3-bedroom units that range in price from $695.00-$795.00, difference being square footage and amenities.  There is a waiting list on both 2 and 3 bedrooms.

There is a $50.00 incentive if the rent is paid at the office, the first Tuesday and Thursday of each month, or if it is postmarked by the 5th day of the month.

We currently offer a one year lease.  At the end of the initial lease term tenancy goes month to month.

Our military discount is one month free rent.

The tenant is responsible for the gas, electric, telephone, and the option of having cable. The units are wired for cable but that is up to the tenant.

The Hunter Apartments is responsible for sewer, water, and garbage.

We do allow one cat per unit with a $30.00 pet fee and the cat must be spayed/neutered and de-clawed. Dogs are not allowed. All other pets are on a case by case basis.
